After the Board enters a Final Order in an appeal, a party may appeal such order to the Circuit Court as prescribed in WV Code Section 22B-3-3.

We have compiled the court orders pertaining to appeals of Board orders and developed an index that provides the full text of the orders entered by Circuit Courts or the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals. These orders can be searched from this site by keywords.

These documents are being offered as a convenience. The Board made an effort to ensure that every Circuit Court order and order of the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals, pertaining to an appeal of a Board order, is available on this site. This site, however, should not be considered to be an official listing of all orders issued by the courts regarding Board orders. Copies or printed versions of the documents available at this site are not, and should not be represented to be official court documents.
